Staying here was a great choice for exploring Houston, with Zuma Fun Center almost 2 km away and the intriguing National Museum of Funeral History only about 3 km from the hotel, making our daily strolls exciting and full of landmarks. As a family with children, we appreciated the spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, which gave us plenty of room to unwind after our adventures.

The place looks new and feels clean, but the noise from other guests made it hard to sleep. No chair in the room, just the basics.

I booked a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds for a family stay. The facility felt new and clean, which was a nice surprise. Having an ice machine nearby was convenient. However, my family faced some serious issues. After three weeks, we discovered bed bugs, and my family had bites all over. This was really distressing. Management didn’t handle the noise from other guests well either. The second-floor balcony echoed with shouting all night, making it hard to get any sleep. The room also lacked basic amenities like a chair or table. It felt very sparse, just the essentials with no extras to make it cozy. Customer service didn’t meet expectations, especially when my service animal and I experienced harassment. The owner addressed me directly but ignored others, which felt really unfair. Overall, I appreciated the cleanliness of the place, but the pest problem and noise made our stay less enjoyable.

Not what I expected for a family stay

The ice machine was perfectly situated just down the hall and that really came in handy with all the drinks we had for the kids. Plus, they had a decent pool, the kids had a blast splashing around even tho it coulda used more cleaning.

It was kinda pricey honestly but still manageable for what we got.
